The University Library serves as the intellectual hub of the institution, providing access to knowledge resources that support teaching, learning, and research. The Librarian oversees the administration, development, and effective management of the library’s collections, digital resources, and information services.

As the Chief Custodian of academic information, the Librarian ensures that students, faculty, and researchers have access to relevant and up-to-date materials, while also promoting information literacy and research support services. The office leads efforts in library automation, digital transformation, resource acquisition, and collaborative initiatives that enhance the University’s academic excellence and scholarly output.
